How I Do It: Night Routine

This isn't the first time I've said it on my blog, but I'm practically geriatric.  I rather go to bed early and wake up early than pull an all-nighter or sleep until the very last second before class.  

I need at least 8 hours of sleep to be a functioning human being, so my night routine probably differs greatly from your average college kid...but I still have a great GPA, I rarely get sick while at school, and I can guarantee my sleep greatly improves my mood...so maybe my night routine isn't so bad at all!



I rarely go to bed after 11pm, but I wake up around 7:15 every morning to start my day.  I really like to listen to music while I'm trying to fall asleep, and I just recently discovered that the Pandora app on my phone and iPad has a sleep timer.  I can set it to turn off automatically after 15, 30, or 60 minutes.  I usually set it to 30 minutes, and I'm asleep long before it shuts off.
